I once attended a wedding that had an awful caterer. The pasta that they had served was spoiled since they had prepared it rather early and lunch was served at almost two in the afternoon due to the long wedding ceremony. Worst of all some guests almost had swallowed a piece of glass, mistaking it for ice but luckily it fell off the glass and went onto her plate since one of the food servers had knocked off her glass. Plus the food tasted pretty bad. I had learned a great experience that I needed to find a good caterer for my own wedding. I had asked around and did some digging on the internet. My best friend recommended a company that did catering in Meadowlands for her sister’s 18th birthday. When I had spoke to one of the staff, they were quite courteous and their menu was delightfully plenty to choose from. Since I wanted to be sure myself, I asked for a taste test and granted my request and voila it was perfectly good to the taste buds.
